TRACKING, INVENTORY & MAINTENANCE
Material is signed in by the warehouse staff using a warehousing ticket noting the:
- Date of arrival
- Description of material
- Condition of material upon arrival
- Signature of carrier dropping off the cargo
- All inbound BOL's are attached to the warehousing ticket and provided to the warehouse manager daily
- All customers are required to give the warehouse manager advanced notification of material shipping into any of the facilities or personnel inspecting the cargo
- Maintenance available upon request
